I’m Abraham Doolhoff. I work with healthcare organizations to fix the underlying systems that drive performance, not just the symptoms those systems produce.

My background is as an operator, leading large-scale operational transformation across academic and integrated health environments, including executive leadership roles at UT Health Austin and Mayo Clinic. I’ve worked across the full care continuum, designing and rebuilding how systems function from input to output to improve access, throughput, financial performance, and scalability.  

What I’ve seen consistently is this: most organizations focus on fixing symptoms. Bottlenecks, delays, staffing pressure, technology gaps.

Those are outcomes of the system, not the problem itself.

My approach focuses on rebuilding systems in the right order. Defining what should exist, removing what shouldn’t, aligning work to the right roles, and fixing how work flows before introducing technology.

I partner directly with leadership and frontline teams to diagnose issues, redesign operations, and implement changes that hold under real-world conditions.
